Accurate Doors and Shutters offers two different types of moving screens. The electric screen is a motorized system, while the sliding screen manually slides back and forth. Both are available in a variety of screen types and colors.
Electric Screens
Electric rolling screens offer the convenience of simply pushing a button and letting the motor do the rest. They work the same way as roll down electric shutters, in that the screen rolls up and down, storing inside a box in the up position. Operated from a wall mounted switch or a remote control, the electric screen is ideally suited for garages, lanais, and balconies. The framework is made of aluminum and is available in white, ivory, and bronze. The screening is available in a large variety of types and colors,
including solar mesh, which allows for privacy and sun blockage.
Sliding Screens
Sliding screens are manually pushed from side to side. They are most popular on garage openings, but can also be applied to lanais. For garage applications, sliding screens do not interfere with parking on two car garages (16′ or 18′ wide garage openings). Simply push the screens to one side and drive the vehicle in or out. Push to the other side for the other vehicle. Sliding screens are not suited for parking inside on one car garages (8′ to 10′ wide openings). The framework is made of aluminum and is available in white or bronze. The screening is available in a large variety of types and colors including
solar mesh.
